Can I return unwanted goods?

We offer a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee for most items - If you would like to return an item under our 30 day money back guarantee, please contact us by phone or email in the first instance. Items that have had the packaging opened or seals broken can only be returned if the item is faulty. When returning items under the terms of our 30 day money back guarantee, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us. If you were charged delivery by us to deliver the item to you, this will not be refunded.

How can I return faulty goods to you?

In the unlikely event that an item is faulty, please contact us by phone within 7 days of receipt of your order and we will either arrange for a replacement item to be sent to you, or alternatively offer you a full refund in addition to the standard delivery charge incurred in sending the item to you if applicable, and refund you the cost of returning it to us. Please note HD Pro Sales will not despatch any replacement item until the damaged/faulty item has been returned and received by us.
